In January 2021 we took some sailing lessons, found a boat, left our jobs and sold everything which would not fit on board of our Lagoon 40.  We named the boat Kwilena which means Dolphin in Aboriginal language. After spending 4 years full-time on the boat it was time for a change and more land based adventures,

The earlier blogs from January 2021 - December 2024 covered our sailing adventures. From 2025 onwards, land based adventures.

This blog is for family and friends only.  "Karrawa" is a Noongar word, a language spoken by Aboriginal people in the southwest of Western Australia. It translates to "that will do" and its similar to how we might use "that's fine" or "that's alright" in English.
